Gary is on the job daily, overseeing every stage of construction. His qualifications and capabilities set him a step above most “builders” in the Wichita area.

Warranty/Detail/Rentals
Randy Dean Construction offers our customers an in-house warranty program that presents the same quality after closing that they received during construction. We handle the scheduling and coordinating of all subs, suppliers and warranty detail. Also leases and manages all of our rental properties.

Mike provides the necessary back up to Gary that provides the on-site inspections daily. Mike also follows up with attention to detail at each closing and assures your home is ready on time.

The central hub of our office, handling the inner office needs, along with taking calls, paging the guys, coordinating walk-thrus and making sure the customer needs are met.
